Returned items must have the original tags, no signs of wear, and original product packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns Accepted Within 14 Days of Delivery Date.

To start a return, please email us at info@releveclothing.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send shipping instructions. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 business days. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Customers Must use a trackable shipping Service.

Customers are responsible for any shipping/duty costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our policy.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Items purchased between November 20 and December 26 that are marked as gifts at checkout or accompanied by a gift receipt are eligible for return until January 10. All other purchases follow our standard return policy.
