IN STORE PURCHASES

Returns Accepted Within 10 Days of Purchase Date.

All Sale Items are Final Sale.

Final Sale On: Intimates, Jewelry, and Gift Cards.

Returned items must have the original tags, no signs of wear, and original product packaging.  Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds will be applied directly to the original method of payment.  Please allow your bank 5-10 business days to process the refund.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns Accepted Within 14 Days of Delivery Date.

To start a return, please email us at info@releveclothing.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send shipping instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers Must use a trackable shipping Service.

Customers are responsible for any shipping/duty costs.

Once the item has been received and passed our inspection, a refund will be issued.
