What is your online return policy?

Returns Accepted Within 14 Days of Delivery Date.

To start a return, please email us at info@releveclothing.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send shipping instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers Must use a trackable shipping Service.

Customers are responsible for any shipping/duty costs.

Once the item has been received and passed our inspection, a refund will be issued.

Refunds will be applied directly to the original method of payment.  Please allow your bank 5-10 business days to process the refund.  (US returns are subject to exchange rate changes)

All Sale Items are Final Sale.

Returned items must have the original tags, no signs of wear, and original product packaging.  Include original invoice or email confirmation in your return shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within Canada on orders $100 and over.

There is a $15 CAD flat rate on orders $0.00-$99.99.

Do you offer free return shipping?

Not at this time. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.

Do you ship to the U.S.A

Yes.

There is a $25 CAD flat shipping rate on all U.S orders.

US orders may be subject to duties/taxes.

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes, local delivery within 5km of our location is free on all orders.

Do you offer in store pick up?

Yes, orders can be placed online and picked up in store at 1727 Bayview Ave, Toronto.

Please select the in store pick up option at check out.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot modify or cancel the order. If your order has not been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate cancelling the order.

How do I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All shipments are sent via Canada Post or UPS.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase here.

Gift cards can be used both in store and online.

Do gift cards expire?

No
